I was present at the event. A marathi dance was going on.. n suddenly i could c fire at the base of the stage. The dancers came to know abt it a little later. Police n organisers took us out safely without any panic. Evacuation was very systematically. After speaking to some firemen likely cause may be shock circuit followed fire in gases used for pyroworks.

Chinese never had a party like to this for "Made In China", all come naturally. Good thing is no CEOs got hurt, otherwise the history would have to be rewritten.

This is precisely what Made in India is.....other than some good software products..i have not come across anything impressive made in india...may be they should focus the core of their economy around software and then grow into advance manufacturing on the back of software..there is a huge potential to be exploited here..

And yes, how is the SAARC satellite working, which was donated to our neighbours by us? Hope its better than than the non functional satellite which Mushy had bought from USA in 2004?
