Hope so, but reality shows European see Turkey as a Muslims East country, not an European one, been begging do be admitted for decades....

If the Europeans saw Turkey as you say, they would not give it the status of a candidate country for the European Union and other European institutions.
It is Turkey that has changed, it has basically shown its true face, because we Greeks know it first hand.
To join a Union you have to get rid of decades of stereotypes, something Turkey does not want to do. Of course, it is her right not to do so, but not to cry afterwards that they do not accept her in Europe.

First of all, the title of the thread is misleading.
The fact that Turkey put e.g. 10 demands and got 5, does not mean that Finland and Sweden accepted the demands of Turkey.
Alas, one state to make a 180 degree turn because someone else is blackmailing with silly demands.
E.g. the President of Finland clarifies this for the umpteenth time .....
