Iran don't have much say in Afghanistan as of right now. And China never had. China is widely introduced by Pakistan because China as a neighbor had justifyable concerns. It's mostly the influence of Pakistan due to the fact that vast majority of Afghanistan shares the same or similar culture as Pakistan's western regions like Kpk, Balochistan, former FATA, Waziristan regions.

Furthermore, with all due respect, you cannot cry foul at all. You were part of invading nato forces and when America signed the deal it decided all invading armies under nato umbrella. I'm sure, Turkeye as a brother will be very much welcomed in Afghanistan, but as a separate independent state not as nato invading army.
