Pakistan has been doing speeches for 70 years now and will continue to do so for another 170 years, if it's limited to UN speeches.
Did US asked UN before invading Afghanistan /Iraq?
If Pakistan knows that it's Bharat behind terrorism in Pakistan, than we need not to ask UN before nuking evil nation.

What do u suggest then should pak do to unreveal the attrocities of india in kashmir and to resolve lashmir issue?

I guess you should read the history of islamic terrorism first.

Pakistan is the mother of the contemporary Islamic terrorism (and fathered by americans and the arabs money) by creating mujahadeens and subsequently creating and abetting taliban - the first modern terrorist / jihadi group and then exporting it world wide. Wannabe terrorists flocked to pakistan to get trained in jihad for decades.

and also groups like Lashkar e toiba, hizbul mujahedeen, Jaish e mohamed and others.

If those groups you listed were for real, than all of Bharat would have been burning by now.
Your entire army cannot prevent a terrorist hitting a soft target, and what kind of terrorists walk in hotel and offer them self as targets and than stop automatically, to safe face of Bharti security forces!!!??
If there is a single terrorist group operating in India, there would be blasts all around, exactly same way you do in Pakistan. Difference is that unlike Pakistan you are not a nation, which don't get terrorized. You will get terrorized, if some one paint Pakistani flag on your holy cow.

Pakistan govt. need to give bamboo to its embassies around the globe. Actually a purge is required at our embassies in Europe .
We have tons of staff, all running corrupt business and enjoying holidays.
In every embassy, appoint one intel. officer. Send fresh boys and girls, immediately remove every one of lower staff.
Give your embassies agenda to run road shows and organize stalls in Sunday markets. Ask for daily reports from ambassador.
Look how Indian use local buses and taxis to highlight Baluchistan, they don't bother with UN... i hate to say but learn something from Indians how to run embassies and how to use them effectively against your foes.
