Judging by your comment its safe to say you have absolutely no idead about his UN speech. There were many things in his speech but for me two good points were.
1. APS and mastung incident was spoken of.
2. Kulbushan Yadav as a terrorist was spoken of.
Its not perfect but a good start...

Wannabe terrorists flocked to pakistan to get trained in jihad for decades.

No such thing as "Islamic terrorism"... The literal translation of Islam from arabic to English is Peace. you can't have "Peaceful Terrorism".

Regarding the speech... it should have been to the point. 80% of it was meaning less extra.
Last but not least... English would have been more effective. Our objective is communication, whereas Indian objective is to spread confusion and introducing native languages is one of Indian ploy... for which we fell.

And many other leaders also address in their native languages plus there are translators so there is no ambguity in the meaning of speech.
