If you don't know what more billionaires means let me elaborate for your vedic mind.
More billionaires means distribution of wealth is on such a vast scale that in Mumbai one guy builds a house worth more than a billion dollar(Ambani) and in that same city more than half the population lives in slums and don't have enough money to feed themselves and their kids.
I don't know how you came on this number "10,20,75" maybe some thousand year old calculator, but let me tell you standard of life in Pakistan by every measure is way better than India as any person who has visited both countries always says that. I know it's not good and Pakistan needs to improve in every sector of life.
The hospital thing you're taking about is not some blessing India gives to our people Pakistani who usually go there pay huge sum of money and they do that because the treatment is available in Pakistan but it's more expensive and any person who has more money would choose any country but India.
The dam fund our court has created is not asking for money from foreign countries, they are asking their own people so none of your business.
Before I leave you to your fantasy world let me ask, how many of the billions do you have?

India GDP growth rate is more than any european country
India overtook two european countries France and UK to become/becoming 5th largest economy
Indian's are the richest emigrants than even a European american in US.

Right now as well we r growing @ 5.4 or 5.6% and as CPEC becomes fully operational in 2030 it shll add a permanent 2% in our existing growth rate that will take our growth rate to a 7% permanently atleast. We r the 5th largest Country in the World, we r just too big to be ignored economically.

Now abt notes, our State Bank of Pakistan is responsible for issue of notes, and we have been making them notes since 50s... Our currency notes are not made/nor printed outside. That is why i said that ''India claim to be better then Pakistan, heck even want to become a superpower in the World!''

Regarding the bankruptcy etc its the election time kid, people here exaggerate in this time, political parties r trying to swing the votes in their favor...Its politics.

But good thing abt Pakistan is that we here punish those who do corruption ie the financial corruption so much so that our courts r so powerful here and so is the rule of law that we jail those who do corruption.

Meanwhile in yr country those who were named in Panama Papers are roaming freely as if nothing has happened, while in our country which has a valid democracy kicks out 3 head of states when it comes to corruption, so much so that now we r lobbying to take their black money back into Pakistan, while in yr country no such thing happened nor their corrupt money came, nor were they punished. Heck even Vijay Malia is living happily in England.

But Pakistan continued to develop 6% consistently till 80s...This Islamabad which is declared as the second most beautiful Capital in the World since 2015 was build in late 60s itself when we were under American Sanctions.
