The way I Saw it.. clearly called India and China Filthy but a pause about Russia... I could be wrong but that's my impression... Russia was more implicit while China and India explicit Filthy..

Reality is that China/Russia were included because Trump is trying to show himself as Anti-Chinese/Russian due to their adverserial policies, but to include a ally such as India? goes to show what he really think about India. Not only that but his democratic rival ie Joe Biden didnt even disagree with him lol
