u.s withdrew from south vn after the paris treaty. u.s no longer was liable for south vn's security and that's the FACT.LOL, if you say so.
BTW, we even capture a US prisoner along with vietnmese on the battle.
Aftermath[edit]
A potential diplomatic crisis was averted when China released the American prisoner taken during the battle. Gerald Emil Kosh, 27, a former U.S. Army captain, was captured with the Vietnamese on Pattle Island. He was described as a “regional liaison officer” for the American embassy in Saigon on assignment with the South Vietnamese Navy.[6] China released him from custody on January 31 without comment.
Well, where is the US navy when we reclaim other islands?
reclaim scarbourough then, too afraid??
nothing but cheap talk. Reclaim scarborough thenReally? Scarborough is in our control we can reclaim anything we want, this is just one of poker card as many other pokers card such military SCS or declare IDIZ. This is call tactical bargain that only big boys will understand, it's beyond your viets comprehension
And what you viets can really do beside hopelessly wish that US will do something about SCS such as taking military action...just keep dreaming
