Searched for this movie in both theaters near me and netflix - could not find it. Watched some nice Turkish movies recently - Edge of Heaven and Bliss comes to my mind. forgot other ones I watched.

Edge of Heaven is one of the few Turkish movies that is good. Turkish movie quality has been low for a really long time with stupid movies like Recep Ivedik etc. but the last couple of years we have seen some good movies like My Father and My Son...

Edit: Also Once upon a Time in Anatolia sounds pretty promising. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1827487/

miss those movies with Kemal Sunal, Battal gazi etc. ahh those movies where awesome. i watch it occasionaly when they run it on tv and i love them.

I haven't watched it, but I guess it's worth watching since it's the highest Turkish budget movie, and they used around 3 years to produce it.

I heard from my friends who've watched it that, it has some historical errors, and some significant occasions is not included. But still they told me it's worth to watch.

I am planning to watch it in the theatres in Denmark the following days. I doubt there are any ******** out yet, since I searched for it, and downloaded a "promising" one but it was a scam.

it's not necessarily the one with biggest budget that is best. i can easily show a list of hundred's of american made movies with millions of dollars in budget.

i would choose a simple kemal sunal movie over them anytime!
