Fencing Pakistan-India Border

Well once the Cemented Fence is in place other , security mechanism can be introduced for early warning
We should make new cities near the border as it is our land

On the international border, both countries maintain a 10 mile (or kilometer) buffer zone on each side. This has been fairly peaceful for seven-decades.

The satellite map shows , Pakistan side is void 50-70km North to South
Indian side is fairly developed with roads and villages

Seems like we took to interest to develop these areas , no wonder the Cities like Lahore/Karachi are getting congested

On a serious note a properly fenced border would be of interest to both nations especial India.

What is the status of Pak border areas of Sind with india? I sure hope that it has already been properly fenced.

Well not pointless massive Pakistani Land is under developed , we can easily make 8,000 new villages and convert them to farming land

Proper Fencing ensures that the Land is properly developed , villages , schools and hospitals , so more services can be provided to local citizens who live near these areas

If you look at the Satellite Map , major area close to Pakistani side of border is "Un Inhabited"


The fence ensures no illegal crossing is happening from India into Pakistan and we have a solid system in place

Would not mind seeing

a) Al Khalid
b) Artilleries
c) Tank Hunters
d) Anti Air Units Deployed closer or at the Border

Your Border with India is already fenced...besides, how many infiltration attempts from India have you noted basis which you are proposing such preposterous investment?? Also to keep in mind...fences do not protect against Artillery shelling...which is your prime complaint against India.
