With mid air refuelling available we have the capabillity to land our Fighters at Andaman.. i guess now we are going to have Air base every 100 mile there..

all these front line bases that will have fgfa su 30 mig 29 lca bla bla bla ... are all well within range or our offensive plat fourms any slight bit of war comeing from you guys mean we will send everything mostely babur cruise missel which will total the odds for us. then our doctourine will kick in since we have the advantage of troop deployment well throw you off until your goverment finds a way to counter it

And for the same purpose we have our Brahmos. So now the situation will gain in our favour.

SHOULD INDIA BUY A SQUADRON OF F16s from any Friendly Country Even US (The Second Hand Ones) and ACTUALLY Practice Against It ?

Why not...Let us buy a couple of squadrons of F-16s and practice actually against it...BTW we practice against Singapore already..
Another option would be to invite some Israeli and russian trainers for some crash courses...

Not all come out in the public especially on a sensitive topic like exercises with Israel.

And with Israel its more of pilot exchanges where our pilots get to fly their fighters and not exactly direct air exercise like the one we had with France.

IIRC it was mentioned once by Lt.Prateek (if u remember him).

Do you how many Baburs will it take to kill a whole airfield. And do you know how many airfields are there in North India. ?

And missiles fly both ways, you know....

Cruise Missiles alone cannot take out an airbase, as soon as an Airbase is attacked ground crews immediately begin repair work. Their are always contingency plans, to take out an Airbase you need an aerial strike and continued sorties to completely destroy the infrastructure. This is if the missile is lucky enough to penetrate the defences of the enemy. Airbases are usually protected by SAMS, fighter aircrafts and are under positive coverage of Radars. Its not an easy task to take out an Airbase, you would need to come up with some very innovative tactics.
