Excellent new as long as the provinces stick to 3% NFC for FATA plus there is lots of minerals and other revenue which should cover all cost, I am sure even international donors will also help.

PTI says in power than it will be a success and I am sure FATA folks are more pro PTI than even rest of KPK and the country

Actually everyone who is unaware of the FATA geography and realities on ground would definatley come up with this question.

The reason for such long five years period is that there are no courts in tribal areas, no police system no other such systems which normally are found in settled areas of Pakistan hence we have to start from scratches.

So yes indeed the entire process would at least five years. Army would be replaced with Levies there and the reforms recommended 3% for the area in NFC

Actually, I was appreciating the fact that it will take only 5 more years. FCR has been in place for so long that another 5 years do not matter much.
