The state has not done anything for Azad k. when the dam got built many Azad k got fcuked over and still rember and resentment.
No roads, no proper schools, colleges/uni, factories/manufactering, hospitals in Islamabad why not in ratta, dadyal, chakswari, kotli. Nothing.
But government is quick to tax you or find ways to screw you from your land.

If oversea paks did not send money over the years I promise you there would have been uprising for independence and overthrow of Azad k government.

OH i forget to add: the new airport is in Islamabad another kick in the face. Locals disagree of its location, they say those making decisions are out for themselves and robbing our economy. They wanted the airport I think in mirpur but it was turned down against their will.

Yeah I feel you. There is lot of rhetoric these days against Pakistani living abroad. I actually sent $2000 for dam fund last year, besides other remittances. This year I contributed zero because if this dual national rhetoric.

And you are right. When someone comes here from Pakistan first time. We take care of him as a group, but when we go back to Pakistan, we always have to watch our back.

I also remembers some families participating in pro Palestinian protests, with their school age kids, about 3-4 years ago in our small redneck town. I would like to see their faces when I tell them that true Pakistanis like El-Sidd consider them arrogant.

Bro inshallah you will be rewarded 2000 times. But 2000 dollar you should have bought solar panels for yourself. These days it better to be off grid and self independent. Never rely on government.

You are right. Pakistan is not a paperwork and is really important. That's why true Pakistanis kept electing responsible people like Zaradr, Bhutto and Sharifs over past 40 years.

And Pakistan is really important, that's why your true Pakistani president had Hussain Haqqani in Washington DC conspiring against Pakistan. And then you have balls to say that dual nationals can be CIA agents.

And how many characters involved in Dhaka fall in 1971 were dual nationals?
