oh well thanks for telling me... can i ask of one thing from you .... pretend if we go to war with india and we need to take out a air force base . so cant we put the jf-17 as the one who bombs every thing abd fc-20 or rafael or jas gripen or ef 2000 as escourt?

With 7 hard points that Thunder has; with at least on of these with Fuel tank (they need more fuel to go deep so i am over conservative with 1 FT) 2 PL-3 on the external wings, 1 targeting pod so at max 3 Hard points left for A2G munitions. It will not be a bomb truck man, FC-20 with 13 hard points carrying munitions and F-16 as escort will be much better.

bro to me gripen is the one rafael and ef 2000 are tooo expensive butttt.........

It is time to move to twin engine fighters instead of single engine if we realy want to defende our self against heavy odds, how we gona survive against 230 MKI and 126 MRCA with just 18 F16 C/D and 36 FC20 and we cant go for 1 on 1 match with indian jets but we should hav half of there numbers and we shouldnt go for american ways euorpe or china only way to left With FC20 Rafale or gripen beisde gripen is only single engine if not than go for J11B

well , i think JAS Gripen is just a piece of junk , we should rather modifay our Jf17 thunder & equip it with AESA and new Avionics suite & weapns systems.

Rafale / EF2000 is good enough but expensive , should we compromise on Quality for bit more money ? i would say NO!!

While I understand the view point and the sentiment behind it , to call Gripen a piece of junk is doing a great disservice to it. Especially in its NG iteration it is a very capable fighter and will give any fighter a run for its money. I talked to an Ex RAF fighter pilot, who told e that the only fighter that they are afraid of when in their EF2000 is the JAS 39. It is a small fighter and a silent killer.
You are right that JF17 should be and is being developed along the same lines and will eventually have more or less the same capabilities, but this will take time .
We really do need a long range fighter to go along with the f16s and J10s and just a couple of squadrons would do the trick. The only feasable thing money wise is either J11 or a double engined iteration of J10. The latter would obviously have immense advantages of commonality , but again would take time.
