Stop your obsession with China and you will not be reminded of your true situation.

The amazing truth is that such a socially despicable situation that India has does not take the global attention it deserves. Two reasons:

1. It is a lost cause. India will be always, well, India.

2. People simply do not give a damn.

In any ways, it is surprising that a communist country like Vietnam has better social welfare indicators than India. Maybe it is not surprising at all.

If they did that, the case hasn't been brought to media. Anyway my opinion : Good for the babies, bad for the hospitals.
Actually, Canada, USA spread red carpet to invite rich families to migrate to, but this is not the case. This is "stealing" the social welfare of destination country.
