Fatwa issued against 'Surya Namaskar'

Why not calling exercising in the Sun. Namaskar implies acknowledgment of some entity. Bowing to it, implies worshipping.

Islam is strict, we don't bow and touch feet of our parents either.

I am taught from a young age the protocol of worship: Mata, Pitha, Guru, Daivam

or: Mother, Father, Teacher and in the end God. That may the reason why you may find many non-religious Hindus..as God comes last after fulfilling our duty to the first three.

If u don't abt something better ask others. Usually people won't worship the Sun at the time of exercise(except the initial gestures) , the main goal is to perform surya namashkar infront of the sunlight that's it.

Everything in Prakriti (creation) originates in Purusha, the uncreated Absolute. The Dharmic civilization inculcates harmony and a respect for Nature.

Those who were converted to Abrahamic religions in the aftermath of invasions lost these values over generations.

also ban "samosha" its triangel shape resembles with christian cross. Also ban X RAY, ULTRASOUND ,AND surgery because it is not written in sharia rule.

but ours is different first GOD then PROPHET Muhammad PBUH THEN THREE TIMES MOTHER AND THEN IN THE SIXTH POSITION FATHER

Islam asks its folllowers to pray nature in allah form !!!
But the sun too is nature right, it is not a idol!!!
Every early civilisations prayed the sun !!
Praying nature is not a bad thing at all , and the muslim leaders should stop whining about yogas as many countries including militaries of various countries adopting it !!!
They have to stop everything stuppid like asking followers not to say vande mataram or anthem !!!
But the muslims in south are very patriotic than in north n they dont have any problem in this !!!

We can't naming our exercises for other religion convenience. The first step of SN is namshkar (that's also exercise) then they move the hands upwards without changing the position. Muslims used to do namas by folding the the lower limbs and move the head towards the ground that exact form is available in asanas so u can't claim that why is not termed as Namas exercise .

I think you doesn't know the meaning of nameshkar. There are three types of namashkar if u see elders, friends or family members you should do nameshkar near your chest(heart) that means you kindly welcoming them from heart.

If u see guru/professors/teachers u must do nameshkar near the forehead(near brain) to respect them.

If see the god idol/gopuram/temple we used to do nameshkar above the whole body that is worshiping/ saranagathi.

Well the god is the nature right, he is everywhere , even in pillar and in an iron dust !!!
God is called allah by u and in different forms by us , nevertheless all the same, if god is everything , even sun is something of god !!
How can be worshiping sun be wrong ?
They are not worshipping, its just yoga , and the excercise looks like prayer !!
Just be cool, its healthy and cool !!
They shouldnt bring religion into this and they should be broad minded !!!
