UK court denies Pakistan claim to £35m in Nizam case
Timing is the key. They are telling Pakistan to kiss its looted wealth goodbye parked in their banks and shores. Pakistan cannot get its looted wealth back through legal ways. There has to be a sustained and relentless campaign in highlighting the complicity of the western deep states in this web of money laundering. This will make the likes FATF redundant and put the mover and shakers in tight spot. It is just not the Pakistani problem, its span throughout the developing world. Ghanian President said the same representing Africa in his UN speech.
In nutshell, the likes of FATF can take the hike if they are not taking seriously the money laundering and recovering the looted wealth from developed world back to developing world and are not interested in putting the "black list" on to those who are not complying in this regard.
