Only Army Chief & Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee are retiring, both of them are due to retire on 29th of Nov. At this point in time all we know is the names of 4 senior most generals, two of them shall replace retiring generals. Notification can be issued anytime, of course before 29.
