Thank you all for responses. Money Gram opens up the same risks as Western Union just did. I would prefer bank to bank and some kind of easier way as it was with NBP and UBL.
Let me check out some of the options stated above.

Try Xoom, it's a PayPal company and indirectly a Tesla company, so I will say it's reliable. Been using it for some time now. Only charges $5 fee, yes just $5 flat fee for any amount. And do check out the exchange rate of Xoom, its better than Western Union, I just sent and the rate was Rs.113.6~

Thanks. I think I am going to pursue via Xoom. But, as you can see above, somehow that account is compromised and I need to clear that up first. How on Earth my Western Union and Xoom account (not sure I even ever opened a Xoom account) and Paypal accounts got linked?! The Western Union fraud charges showed up inside the WU site and now, when I went to Xoom, I saw the same WU charges. During the same days, a bunch of charges on my Walmart account and my Paypal account had appeared.

Obviously my logins had been compromised. Since then I have taken several measures.

Can you believe it, guys?! Last night Xoom.com was used to make several transactions. Of them, $925 on Google Play; $500 on Amazon.com; $100 on Bestbuy; a few small ones as Xoom.com
So obviously, my Google passwords have been compromised. And I am removing them. No more storing any payment info online for a while!!
Ba$stards!! But I am lucky to have not lost any $ so far, though I will be requesting yet another replacement credit card in just last two weeks.

So, this thread started with asking for some suggestion and Xoom.com was suggested and looked promising--as you can tell above. Well, to add to my post right above, this afternoon Xoom.com put on three charges of $70 on my CHECKING ACCOUNT. I had to call and close that account.
I might as well bury my little cash in some backyard pit.
