The linked article mentions Russia "temporarily" suspended the"remaining " batch of s400 MS, and the reason provided by the russians was: "Russia is worried that the delivery of the s400 at this time would affect the anti-epidemic actions of PLA,they don't want to cause trouble for chinese army"- which is referred by the Chinese media as "heartwarming" gesture .

So,the actual scenario is completely different than the narrative Indian media is trying to paint.

In 1962, many Indian soldiers abandoned defensible positions and surrendered en masse to the Chinese without even firing a shot. On June 15, over 60 Indian soldiers also surrendered (or were "captured") by the Chinese even though their nations are not at war. So if their lives depended on it, I can guarantee you Indians will tell the truth in a heartbeat.

The article is full of crap, as are most Chinese articles in Sohu and Sina regarding the military. To date, I don't recall once I got any news on credible Chinese military developments first hand from Sohu.

FYI ,China already procured a batch of s400 back in 2018, and China knows it inside out.
China doesn't even need S-400 now,china was actually very reluctant about ordering the 2nd batch ,considering the long 4 years time it took to deliver and the below-par performance than what the chinese expected, the second batch was bought as a gesture of support for Russian defence industry and to help them gain some media attention so that it could receive orders from other countries like India.China already has more effective alternative MDS and the gap will only grow large from the russians each year.

The pretext that " russia refused to sell s-400 to India to prevent china from stealing tech" is absurd.

No one sacrificed their life conquering Galwan valley because no one died. The Indian deaths would have all been avoidable had they not completely broke rank and routed after their CO was hit by a rock lol. If getting hit by a rock would cause such panic amongst Indian ranks, imagine what a Chinese artillery or missile attack would do. Had the Indians just stood their ground and fought the Chinese, the confrontation would have more or less ended with some injuries on both sides rather than 20 to 50 dead Indian soldiers and 60+ captured.
