We are under weapon sanction posed by the west. Any one provide critical weapon/tech is our friend no matter how they charge us. All advanced weapon and tech is developed by sweat and blood, no thing surprise to pay high price. as long as we absorb the know how, we can make a product and sell it to others at high price.
