Actually PTI is getting carried away here. They are going over aggressive when they cannot do much in Sindh when it comes to the numbers. Only option will be governor raj which won't be taken lightly by anyone. In my opinion, PTI should had let the things gone by, let Zardari and co. face the court music like Nawaz and than made the move to topple PPP, if they can. Doing now will make PPP siyasi shaheed. Media will bash them further and so as the courts, if governor raj gets challenged in the court. At the moment, PTI seems too arrogant......phele zardari ko arrest to honey do aur courts mein zaleel ...later no one will talk about their corruption but PTI governor rule.

'reconsider' means just that.

btw this is dangerous and warning to PTI by the top court :

“We will not allow the toppling of the Sindh government on the basis of the JIT report.”

And frankly speaking, CJ is right here. PTI is just getting too carried away. Though we all know JIT is almost 99% correct but PTI should hold their horses before launching an offense. Too much over confidence and arrogance at the moment, I am afraid.

CJ satisfied with Government over ECL issue

CJ was told that when JIT started there investigation many of the people under investigation fled the country and fear that the 172 might fled as well

SC is satisfied with Government explanation and said it is prerogative of Federal government to place names on ECL

CJ remarked//(not ordered) that government should reconsider on names placed on ECL

Note: PPP's lawyer Latif Khosa kept pleading throughout the hearing that all names should be taken off ECL but did not get any relief from CJ and judges.
