Ppl from CN can enter VN just by their own cars and train, no nid expensive ticket
Starting from Wuhan, Hubei Province, driving to neighboring Hunan Province, will consume more than 1 thousand yuan worth of petrol. This is the necessary expenditure for my family every year because my parents' rural hometowns are in Hunan. Not to mention driving to Vietnam... It will cost at least 3 thousand yuan.
At the same time, a first-class HSR ticket from Wuhan (capital of Hubei province) to Changsha (capital of Hunan province) costs only 264 yuan. If you have no pursuit of luxury, just buy an ordinary HSR ticket, the price will be a hundred yuan lower.
*The exchange rate of RMB against the US dollar is about 7:1 now.
And we all know that even CN cities r "stealing" mask from each other now cos their med mask is also running out.
Not sure about the situation in other provinces.
I have been to the best local hospitals in Changde (city) and Linli (county) at the end of last month, all doctors wore masks and few people were in hospitals. Obviously these two hospitals have the ability to accept patients who cannot get hospital beds in Wuhan.
Although the above-mentioned sample size is small, I think the medical resources in Hunan Province should be adequate, because there is another evidence, that is, the number of cases and deaths reported by the Hunan provincial government.
According to Hunan gov, there are 838 confirmed cases in Hunan province, of which one has died so far.
