Good that atleast they are getting arrested. Pakistans police forces are probably stretched thin doing vigilance duties. It must be very difficult for them to allocate resources for catching all these countless individuals.

Car lifting and delays in registering FIRs is a very serious issue, I have personally suffered at the hands of car lifters and was subsequently humiliated because of reluctance of police to register my FIR, however I got it registered after 9 days, and that too after my daily visits to police station and the funny thing is car lifters called the very next day on my very own personal cell number that was mentioned on FIR.
