that again sounds like a threat.
If Muslims have problem, go and protest. Or write articles about it. Ok?
Don't act like terrorist or blow bombs or kill people. Don't tell Quran asks to give death penalth to those who defame Mohamed, and silly things like these.
Forget cartoons, let's say someone actually insults Mohamed, you still have no right to do terrorist acts/blow bombs/kill that person.
1- God says: "And it has already been revealed to you in the Book (this Qur'an) that when you hear the Verses of Allah being denied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that" Surat "An-Nisa'" verse no. 140 This verse says that if you are sitting with a group of people who disbelieve in what God says and make fun of it, just leave the place and leave them! he didn't say clash verbally with them, or defend or get a weapon and kill them, he just said show your objection just by leaving the place. Besides, he even didn't say leave them forever, he just said leave them till they stop mocking God words, and then you can come back and sit with them although you know they make fun of your religion, as there are many other common things between you in life. And here the verse encourages the rationality and the separation between religious conflicts and the diversity of relationships between humans.
2- God says: "And have patience with what they say, and leave them with noble" Surat "Al-Muzzammil" verse no.10 This verse says that you should be patient with their annoyance and insulting. Rather, what you should do is to keep away from them gracefully. Meaning, you should not show any trace of grief or anger.
3- God says: " (Allah has knowledge) of the (Prophet's) cry, "O my Lord! truly these are a people who will not believe! Surat "Az-Zukhruf" verse no.88 " But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" but soon shall they know!" Surat "Az-Zukhruf" verse no.89 Besides the fact that the Qur'an legislated abundance with nobleness, Placed adjacent to this, it legislated forgiveness "say peace" Say the words which encourages peace and renounce violence. Violence even if it forces obedience it does not open hearts. And weapons even if it kills people it does not kill faith. Islam religion requires in the basis of belief : the conviction, freedom, thinking and contemplation in the universe which imprints manifestation of God. All of which does not flourish unless there is a safe country and a society that elevates forgiveness, peace and quiet life values.
4- God says:" And if they deny you, [O Muhammad], then say, "For me are my deeds, and for you are your deeds. You are disassociated from what I do, and I am disassociated from what you do." Surat "Yunus" verse no.41 Islam is the religion of reason and ethics; Were they not to answer the call of Allah, you should express your abhorrence towards their ideas and behavior. as the verse continues saying: “…You are disassociated from what I do, and I am disassociated from what you do’.”
5- Hypocrites mocked the Prophet Mohammad, and the Qur'an proved it, but it has never been proven in the Qur'an and all the history books that the Prophet killed one of them .. God says: "The Hypocrites are afraid lest a Sura should be sent down about them, showing them what is (really passing) in their hearts. Say: "Mock [as you wish]; indeed, Allah will expose that which you fear." Surat Al-Tawbah verse no. 64 "And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Surat Al-Tawbah verse no. 65 Clear from the words of the verse they mocked God and the Prophet. But the verse did not mention any worldly penalty on it. The Prophet did not order their punishment. Although they represent a nuisance and internal disorder, because the Prophet held political responsibility beside his religious role, which gave him broad powers in the punishment of those to the stability of life. But it was clear that freedom of criticism in the city of the prophet was so high to the extent that it reached him.
And when someone told the prophet we should kill Abdullah Ibn Abi, the leader of the hypocrites, the Prophet said: I am afraid that people speak that Muhammad kills his companions " The reputation of Islam were first kept at higher priority than the revenge from the enemy of God. Although Ibn Abi came threatened Muslims and put their life in danger and he was declaring hostility to the Prophet openly. so does Islam wins by murder!!
6- When Jews passed by the prophet and said poison be upon you (wishing him death), he knowing that they were mocking and making fun of him, answered "and upon you". His wife Aisha answered defeating him and said death and curse upon you, so the prophet stopped her and told her " O Aisha beware of violence beware of obscenity and have patience" , she didn't use weapon, she just used words, but he rejected answering with impudence like them.
7- Moreover, a Jewish woman put poison in the prophet food, when they arrested her, he talked with her a little bit and then let her go .. even though she deserved the highest penalty in the laws of the modern state .. and she did not hurt the Prophet verbally, but almost killed him .. The result is that he surpassed revenge and chose forgiveness.

^I guess that pretty much covers any misunderstanding of the Holy Quran and Freedom of speech with relation to Islam.
I agree with most of what you said. Nobody has the right to kill any innocent person. It's unjust, as Abbasi said if you read the very last word of the post. The fact of the matter is, he was merely warning of the inevitable. If you deny somebody's rights, you will eventually get a reaction. He wasn't threatening anyone, but was merely advising Facebook to remove their double-standards.
