Of the above 3 I think F 16 is much better.

In my personal opinion Might 35 is the best as it will help us to isolate pak and China from making any coalition with Russia , Mig 35 are better in terms of flight capabilities rest we can upgrade It like sukhoi 30 MKI .
We already have large fleet of Mig 29 in Navy and Air Force we have infra for it already in place plus we r getting 40 years service contract no future problems for spares plus we will get AMCA tech @satishkumarcsc

It's a great deal on offer by Russians and we already possess the necessary infrastructure needrd to have these birds due to the existing MiG-29 fleet
There is a 40 year service contract so it's the choice if there's any purchase.

Actually LCA Tejas would be best for India but they will have to bring it up to the level of F-16s. As a stop gap they can procure any Plane whose manufacturer is willing to provide complete TOT and help improve LCA Tejas to bring it up to the level of F-16/Gripen/Mig-35.

What goes against Mig 35 is low reliability, substandard electronics and high observability. Plus points are great price and awesome close combat capabity. We have to make a choice but such planes are not very polular now a days.

I believe Super MKI sort of upgrades shall make it more acceptable to IAF.
