Haha! "Old" is relative, when most of the people here are between 15 and 30, if I were to guess.

I'll put it this way, I flew around West Germany and got lit up by East German SA-5 SAMs. The Soviets were the ones who we prepared to fight with, as they did us. It was a tense time.

The Berlin wall fell, GW1 launched, I hung on for a while, then resigned. At the end, I was instructing at Holloman AFB in the AT-38B.

I've got a few gadgets, a leather jacket, some flight suits and such. A switchbalde knife that allows one to cut malfunctioning parachute lines one handed if need be.

I really wanted my helmet and mask, but they cannibalized it for parts.
