Gen. Raheel Sharif wants to leave him self, he was offered an extension but he denied.

Gen. Raheel Sharif is a real Pakistani hero! i hope he will prefer the sake of the military establishment and not request to extend his service. The lesson from the ones before him is that an extension could hurt the person itself and institute.
Maybe he should go to politics?

Presently, PAKISTAN is at a Super Critical INTERSECTION in terms of Long Term Prosperity.
If Pakistan somehow slips again, because of Corruptions by Government Officials, then
Modi INDIA and americans will bulldoze and overrun chaotic and inefficient Pakistan.

MERITOCratic governmental system based on Track Records and his/her HONESTY
( Being Non Corruptible, time and time again while in the Position of Power ) and
Proven Ability to Manage and Govern is the only way to go forward.

PROVEN = ( Being Non Corruptible, time and time again while in the Position of Power ) and
Proven Ability to Manage and Govern and serving the Middle and Lower incomes people in a Fair and Just manner for all.

Thus, All True Patriotic Pakistanis must be proactively involved in making certain that -- All PROVEN Top Military Leaders and Proven Top civilian government officials Shall ALWAYS STAY in the position of power, regardless the artificial rules and regulation designed to limit the regular UnPROVEN Military Leaders and civilian government officials.

government officials shall hold Top Leadership Position in Pakistan.

Then these group of PROVEN Top Military Leaders and PROVEN Top civilian
government officials shall install such a Transparent system where all governmental and civilian Financial Transactions are using Electronic payments and Electronic payments only ( Abolish All Cash Transactions ).
All Electronic payments shall be processed via 1 Central banking Hub using Multiple Specially
Designated accounts for each transaction category.

Thus, One Special Team of Watchdogs can easily monitor and easily track all those financial transactions.

The only government on Earth that is able to implement this kind of transparent system is
the INDONESIAN Pres. JOKOWI and his Jakarta provincial Governor. AHOK in managing Jakarta Megapolitan.

Pres. JOKOWI and his governor AHOK are on the right track, but they have
1+ million entrenched enemies who are regularly stealing and ripping off Indonesian national Assets and Wealth.
If Jakarta majority population can freely elect ( without sabotage ) governor AHOK
back as the Jakarta governor in this coming FEB 2017 election, then ... ...

Do not be surprised if by 2020, Indonesia achieve 10% GDP annual growth.
to double Indonesian GDP every 7 years.
Btw, presently INDONESIAN GDP ( based on PPP ) at this moment is Greater than England and France.

Gov. AHOK and Pres. JOKOWI system ( almost 100% Transparent and RUSUN and RPTRA system )
is more superior than PRC Anti--Corruption system and PRC Economical Stimulation system.

Even, the dean of globally famous governmental school in Singapore ( Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy )
, ( Mr Kishore Mahbubani ) bringing most of his students to visit and study first hand -- how Gov. Ahok and Pres. JOKOWI managed to turn an ( acutely and chronically corrupt environment ) into some very clear transparent system and numerous tangible results within just a few short years.

It is the institution that is imp n not the personalities....n it is for this very fact ie we have never tried to strengthen the institutions but rather built personalities at the cost of institutions.
All that gen raheel did was follow the policy decisions taken by the army during the time of gen. kiyani n similarly the next chief will take forward the decisions made under gen raheel.
The army works as n institution n nothing else....one great example of it is that it was the army that forced Musharaf to quit rather than any one else.
The only strong institution left is the army so let's keep it that way.

If People of Pakistan can exert pressure for the extention of the current chief,then they should be able to pressure the next chief to keep the bar or even do better.that should be the way forward.

For the twentieth time, he doesn't want an extension. He is by the book general and he will retire by the book.

I know that is hard to understand for Pakistanis because most of the time who come to power don't leave their chair willingly but this is why we love Raheel even more.
