I too am against using em but when we are dealing with two nuclear armed states...have just nuclear weapons is not enough. You must be a step higher than your adversaries. Chemical and Bio weapons are WMD. They will be used at the time when nukes are used.Already a lot of collateral damage must be done by then. And to make an enemy bleed more Chemical and bio weapons will also be used.

By the way these are Indians.. their "love" for Israel is mentioned in Quran as well.. you won't find them speaking against Israel.. rather you won't find them approaching neutrality when there is a matter under discussion about Israel.
