RAWALPINDI: A Pakistani lawyer C M Farooque claimed that many people, including Ajmal Kasab, were arrested before 2006 from Kathmandu by the Indian agencies with the help of Nepalese forces.

He said Ajmal Kasab went to the Napalese capital on a business tour. His application regarding his arrest was lying pending in the Nepalese Supreme Court in which a reply was sought from Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission.

While talking to the Geo News, C M Farooque Advocate said the Nepalese forces arrested almost 200 people including Ajmal Kasab before 2006 and his application in this regard was lying pending in the Nepalese Supreme Court in which Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission were made respondents.

The advocate said he wrote letters to Pakistan and Indian governments in this regard. He said that he had also addressed a press conference in Nepal highlighting the issue in which he revealed that the Nepalese forces arrested Ajmal Kasab and many others and held them at an unknown place and that these people would be used for their ulterior designs at some later stage. He said that he had no contact with Ajmal Kasab ever since he disappeared.

The lawyer said he was still pleading the case of Kasab and was to visit Nepal towards the end of this month. The Nepalese Supreme Court had repeatedly issued notices to the respondents to furnish their reply but they did not submit any reply.

Advocate Farooque said he had filed the petition in the Nepalese Supreme Court in February 2008. He said he was running an NGO, ‘Voice of Human and Prisoners Rights’ and the parents of Ajmal Kasab contacted him for help in this regard after appealing to the Pakistan Government for help.

The people arrested in Nepal had gone there on legal visa for business but Indian agencies were in the habit of capturing Pakistanis from Nepal and afterwards implicated them in the Mumbai-like incidents to malign Pakistan. http://www.thenews.com.pk/top_story_detail.asp?Id=18958

India has never provided the proof. In this occassion India is being used by USA and UK to further their own interests. The rush of these nations leaders indicate they wish to keep this issue alive as long as possible.

. . . .
It does not. Right now it is just a report by one channel against the weight of massive evidence. Let Nepal government confirm it.

This seems to be a counter propaganda. Let the Pakistani government take it up first!

.
We Indians are fond of killing our own people, killing foreign tourists, so that income from tourism dries up. we are also fond of sending our ATS chief to his death. Also 2 honest and much feared encounter specialist cops to their deaths. Not to include the NSG commandoes, whose training is hard enuf to last more than a year, not to include the investment in these young lads. The Government and the opposition want to scare FIIs from this country when the entire world is reeling under a depression. They wanted to crush Pakistan which was growing in to a mighty counterweight on its Western borders, with a huge warchest and the latest in technology.. :smokin:
So we disguised a pakistani-nepali business man into a terrorist .. :hitwall:

.
This breaks down the entire Indian case!

well,it still doesnt explain why Kasab went on shooting spree on that night. But i'm sure news one will come forward with something interesting about that too.But what about Zaid Hamid theory that says the teen was infact a sikh named Amar Singh??

.
This is what we have been afraid of .. since day 1 .. that India was going to use one of the Pakistani nationals jailed in the Indian prison system !

im not sure how true is this. coz gov of pak still needs to confirm it. still we cant ignore wat this lawyer is sayin. matter should be taken up with nepalise gov and may be pak should send a team to nepal inorder to look into the matter.

i still believe india should agree to pak offer of carryin out a joint investigation. there is huge trust gap bw both the countries which means neither of the country will believe in wat the other will say. we need to find out who actually did this. its gud for both the countries coz otherwise such an attack might happen again. and in the end who so ever is the culprit, pakistani or indian, should be brought to justice coz killin civillians can never be justified.

another thing i still dont believe that these terrorists came to mumbai all the way from karachi without gettin detected. just sayin that it was a huge intelligence failure doesnt solves the mystery. and if it is true then pak army should quit and these terrorist should take the responsiblity of defendin our country or atleast pak marines should hire some of them as their trainers

.
So how much did RAW pay to bribe the "socalled" family members who recognised the long lost Dahi wada wala's son who speaks fluent English and wears Versace clothes? :pop:
