amazing news for me as the student of economics
because high rate of electricity in the country

.
Favorable balance of Trade is very good. This news will certainly cheer up small time entrepreneurs and give them better chances to grow.

wohooo! this is the news i desperately read whenever its been publsihed

It looks if a good govt comes and follows business and investment friendly policies then exports can easily be increased to $30Billion.

.
If the figures are correct, one could argue that economic growth would be staggering were the government to address the electricity shortage and enact tax and PSE reforms to raise revenue to invest in education, health and infrastructure.

I cant think of a single thing the PPP government has done to boost exports and economic growth significantly, this has to be the result of sheer hard work by Pakistani businesses and entrepreneurs.

Indeed Sir, this number is only due to the hard work and innovation of Pakistani entrepreneurs. Even though we are facing huge electricity shortage, i have seen entrepreneurs address this problem with coal powered energy or cheap diesel generators. If we can solve the energy crisis we are facing right now, just watch the exports shoot up.

I have seen first hand how factory owners have had to close down their operations or slow down their production due to electricity shortage. Not only the manufacturing sector, the service sector is facing huge problems as electricity goes out after every 2 or 3 hours. It appears that the Government is putting together a lot of projects, lets hope these projects start paying yields soon.
