Going by the daily news reports, so called Isis is in war with Taliban on daily basis and now this... what's the strategy here? Any idea beyond condolences?

what you expect from these animals ... they are organized and well funded ..

They are killing Afghans on daily basis, unfortunately this is not the first attack !
At least the news i read, they are using IED to blast armed Talibans, same as TTP use in Pakistan, which Pakistan's intel. agencies has traced back to India, in line with confession of Kulbhoshan Yadeve from Chabahar.

Its not just shias. This bombing mosques and markets is an Afghan specialty, can I just say what a vulgar ugly culture with ugly customs. They really are demented and ultra violent.

I smell Iran.
They have to be the saviours of Shia all over the world, and to achieve that, they have to create chaos for Shia, then butt in with some help for militancy and lip service.
