Sure, but the eurozone economy that has been deflationary for the past decade is currently projecting 5% GDP growth. The US, which has managed 2-3% growth in previous years will manage over 6%. One countries growth must always be seen within the context of global macroeconomic trends.

The best way to judge whether 4% is a major achievement, or meagre in real GDP growth terms is plot comparables net of any recessionary growth in 2020. In that measure Pakistan has done well... that is because our 2020 recession was minor compared to other countries, and even though 4% is less than the global trend, it may be higher overall 2020+2021 as a rate of growth on aggregate.

Pakistanis must support and vote for PTI in next elections. Also Pakistan need at least 3 to 5 terms of PTI rule to progress and undo the destruction of the past done by ppp, pmln, mqm, fazlu, anp, etc. Bangladesh example is in front of us, the continous rule of awami league has brought Bangladesh to so much progress today that it has far surpassed Pakistan in every field and is now aiming to become a south korea of south asia. So this is what Pakistan need, continous rule of PTI and focus on exports.

Meaning everytime someome from central punjab will win with zero leverage from smaller provinces
Example PMLN won half the seats of PTI only in central punjab not a single seat elsewhere even in central punjab they lost some seats yet the number of votes were very close 17 vs 14 million.

So presidential system will almost always bring a PM from central punjab with ZERO leverage by smaller provinces..

Unless pakistani people STOP voting (espcially in punjab/sindh) along ethnic lines presidential system is bond to fail
