This proposal by the PCB does not make sense on so many levels.

For instance, ipl teams are backed by wealthy indian companies. Eg - RIL backs Mumbai Indians. For some perspective - RIL, by 2015, will have a market cap almost as big as BD's current GDP. in terms of bidding for players, will teams from SL, BD & PK have the wherewithal to compete???

They will have a better shot in trying to cooperate and forming a league to rival the IPL.

Yeah Sir, it will be. Profitable to both nation & a real entertainer to cricket world.
