Actually, this shows how desperate the PCB has become, they are not having any home tournament since 4 years now, no Pakistani player in IPL, & add to that no cricket matches with the richest team in cricket - India. So they have to find someway to earn money, but really asking for such things in the garb of improving relations between the two nations is really a joke.
