For us it was always about the road that you were building and its between you and bhutan, you began road construction way back in 2009 in this area but was far from Indian border, speak to me when you build the road beyond Jampheri Ridge(this was viewed as border by bhutan)....Until then keep building stores and helipads as its not PLA that's doing so.

The road till Doka La had always been there since 2005, the current work was to upgrade it to grade 40 roads and then continue to extend it to Gyomochen. You do realize that India lost BOTH Aksai Chin and AP during the 1962, even though China was in the middle of our worst ever famine.
