They are talking about airsrtrikes conducted by Afghan forces(probably Tucanos)

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): At least five Daesh or so-called Islamic State (IS) foreign fighters were killed during airstrike in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Sunday.

I read an article yesterday by Wajhat and according to him PAF was not been given green light to strike even though targets had been marked and pilots were ready. According to him the higher command despite the immense pressure from within the military as well as general public is still resisting to use air force. According to them it will set a dangerous precedent in the region.
Now this begs the question how will this set a dangerous precedent, there are only two powers in the region we should be vary off US and India. The former has used drones to strike targets inside Pakistan much before this and for the latter well India is no US neither is Pakistan Iraq or Afghanistan. Both know well each other's capabilities and will not dare to rest the other to a point of no return. IMO the comparison is unfair and so is the fear if we are to take Wahajat article at its face value.

It is great decision to use artillery rather than airstrikes, however we need assets on ground now to wipe out these indian agents.
