Flying the plane, yes, controlling the weapons like WSO do in F-4, F-14, or F-15E etc., I am not sure. This capability is definitely present in Israeli and Singaporean dual seat F-16s but I am not sure about PAF's F-16B/D.

Unlike the earlier F-14 and F-4 and other twin seater jets the multifunction displays in modern jets allow you to bring any control/display to either pilot front or back to share the work load if required

But i am asking they have control sticks in back seat with weapon operating capability. I want to know in F-16 what is the role of back seat pilots.

In case F-16 the workload is shared according skills experience or maybe if I my use the Pakistani playground terminology either of the pilots can say "Yar ab meri bari hey canon fire kernay ki pechlay 3 mints sey tum fire ker rahay ho ab mujhe bhi to do"

We can see the mode of operation PAF carries out. The Air chief is shown looking at intelligence pics snapped from Drones or other surveillance planes. Then we can clearly see the high tech Laser Guided bomb used for precision strike. Only the pre designated targets are hit after extensive surveillance and deliberation. Also the most moders jets in PAF arsenal the F-16 and JF-17 are used for these operations as they can deliver laser guided bombs and watch targets via pods from start to end. So all the TTP propaganda that Pakistan forces are busy in some kind of area destruction or genocide in FATA,killing and destroying randomly..is all wrong. If we just wanted to destroy whole ares,we had sent C-130 with many tons of bombs and dropped all over the place. Instead of using Laser guided bombs via our most modern jets.
