Exciting days ahead, India will match Chinese growth rate: FM Arun Jaitley

You think addressing vietnamese or filipino women as " whores" is acceptable?
He does. Obliquely. He does not have the courage to be as open about it like the Chinese are. He just tolerate their behaviors. But if any American tries anything even halfway, he will bring forth his righteous wrath.

'Britain is back': UK Prime Minister David Cameron calls for Aussie investment in Sydney ahead of G20 - 9news.com.au

What is this bug that crawls up people's rear when politicians or think tanks or economist state a positive outlook on India. I read similar articles on the U.S./China/Pakistan/Bangladesh etc.

But somehow it gets many bugged if it happens to be written on India.
British (white people)- Annoyed that a former colony is eclipsing them on the world stage. This is why the British media love to belittle India and make out Indian's are inherently inferior to their white masters (this mindset is still here believe me).

Chinese- some are indifferent but many do not want to see India rise as they would inherently become a competitor to themselves and threaten their own interests. This is understandable really.

Pakistanis- well it's pretty obvious why they don't want to hear/see any positive news about India, especially when it comes to the economy.

Bangledeshis- broadly the same as the Pakistani views.

In contrast to this the Japanese, American and French members on here are pretty supportive of India and look forward to its growth and again, this is because a growing and prosperous India is in their best interests.

No Purashuram was honest in that he admitted being an ethnic Indian, born in Switzerland. Living in Geneva, it is quite possible that he worked for the UN, albeit in some insignificant capacity.

However, this new guy is a fraud out and out. His posting pattern and emotional outbursts are very reminiscent of certain trolls who got banned a lot. The only value his posts have is entertainment and trolling.

Thank you for clearing that one. Porshuram was using UN to portray India in a better light. In a sense nothing is wrong with that.

When this idiot @State_dept using words like 'Jamati', it kinda blows the cover away. This is certainly not in line with U.S State Dept or the U.S Embassy in Dhaka statements.

This guy should be kicked out, but I guess the management keeps these useful idiots around for some obvious reasons.

1. He is finance minister.

2. Do not murder your mother tongue. He clearly said that if India would do something (increasing financial Inclusion/Banking penetration), something could happen ( it could probably match Chinese growth). Both clauses are qualifiers and there is no boasting in his statement.

“The days ahead are going to be extremely exciting… when even these sections (unbanked population) have RuPay cards, and lots of Indian spending goes into banking sector, probably days are not very far when we could probably match the Chinese growth,”
