Where the General - President (my term: Presi-Gens) didn't pay attention to this region and its people? And never planned, executed or completed any real projects for public welfare...

The future of Pakistan is connected to Baluchisan and India and the Frenemies (Iran and Agghanistan) know it too. So they'll continue to fund this cancer of terrorism unfortunately. The idea of the "strategic depth" needed to go a longtime ago. Pakistan really needs institutions and think tanks who are forward looking and can devise the right set of long term policies.
