Evidence that Sikhs are Indians

Found this interesting quote,
Not being Indian but

Guru Nanak says:

“I have seen the light of Muhammad (with my mind's eye). I have seen the prophet and the messenger of God, in other words, I have understood his message or imbibed his spirit. After contemplating the glory of God, my ego was completely eliminated.”

.
Sufis are Muslim 100%, I'm sufi inshallah, as are many here.
There is mountains of evidence for this. Please don't separate the two.
May be, there are two different sects of sufis. If you are following Punjabi sufi like Bulle Shah in real life and followinghis footsteps , then you are humanitarian, not religious. Because Bulle Shan itself considered himself a humanitarian. He refused to be "believer" in his Kalam.

You simply don't understand what he is saying.
Folks who say so, usually have little knowledge of the wisdom behind such words.
It's part of pacifying the nafs, an integral part to all orders.

Does Baba Shah(ra) want Mosques to be broken?
Do you know the meaning of the above? A sheikh has explained this to me.

.
Huh and what does that proves??
There are traitors in every religion and sikhs are no exception. There is capt amrinder Singh who favours modi RSS for money and power with no loyalty to his own Sikh brethren.
I was talking about average Sikh not the politicians.

A BJP RSS supporter who licks the shoes of sanghis ,belongs to ganga jumna civilization is in no position to lecture us on Sikhism and Islam.
You better stick to your own hindutva ideology.
Captain Amrider Singh is a Congressi, little mind. He is Parkash singh Badal, from Akaali Dal. Akaali Dal has huge following in Punjab. A Indian supporting India, is not counted as traitor in India.
Sikh carries their Indian identity all over the world. Anyone with Punjabi turban consider as an Indian by outsider without introduction.

Apply this Kalam on today's Muslims, and see the reaction. The city will be burned down, if someone even ask breaking down the mosque, no matter what is the context.
I understand the meaning of his Kalam completely.
Islam has its own code and strict laws. Being a Muslim, you can't break it. You have to follow the path what is the wrriten in the texts.
Suffis chose its own way. They made their own spiritual masters. They used to sing and dance. They started doing meditation instead of paying Namaz. They started making their own followers. They started condemning religious rituals.
You need to read other Indian saints too, like Kabir Das, Ravidas, Guru Nanak Dev, Saint TUka Ram to understand Sufi, how similar they were with each other.
All saints and Fakirs used to follow their own enlightenment and experiences. They made their distance from religious rituals.

That's the problem you see, you don't understand it. He never talked about breaking any mosque or advocating Muslims to do this, but rather the notion that those who dwell there should not be taken at face value as lovers of God.
Islam has rules yes, I'm not sure what you mean by strict, as all Sufis adhered to these. We have a great tradition of ishtihad on many issues.
Sufis didn't "make their own way", they contemplated and took greater meaning from the faith.
You might want to read up on 'Kashf' as you have a poor understanding of this;

Yes we have Sufi masters, but all those masters who is their master? It is the Prophet Muhammad, I could copy and paste for a lifetime on how much Sufis have written in praise of our master.
Yes they sang and danced, so? Nope they all prayed, and looked up to Hazart Ali for this i.e. many Sufi chains lead to him, and he was considered one of the masters of salat/namaz and the deep concentration he had. No Sufi master ever stated to give up namaz or did so himself.

Yes I have read about other Indian saints and admire them. The reasons for similarity were because they both contemplated on universal principles of brotherhood, however they didn't negate their own faiths. Look at Sikhi, had lots of links to Muslim Sufis but are they Sufis, no. They have their own path.

Ziada pee li ha?
Those were Sufi Saints and they wrote kalams praising Allah and fulfilled all pillars of Islam. Has your highness ever read of heard Sufi Kalams? Definitely not it seems.
Ajeeb chutiye ho tum, now declaring Muslim Saints as non muslims.

These sanghis can stoop down to any level to prove they are right. According to these low lives khana Kaaba was once a temple . Better not engage them.

And Congress killed more sikhs then BJP you numpty.
The point is Sikhs supporting any indian political party cannot be compared with average Punjabi sikhs who are Punjabi first.
A low IQ sanghi just declared baba bulley shah a non Muslim  you cannot understand the deep meaning behind his poetry. It's useless to argue with you.

When a Sufi himself clearly stated in his poetry that don't link him with any belief, and he is a humanitarian, then who are we to give him certificate of his "religion".
I don't have poor understanding, I am master graduated. I can understand and has consciousness to read between the lines. That's why I am one of the followers of Sufism, but not Muslim. I understood a difference between Sufism and "religions", that's why I am not religious, but humanitarian.
I don't even link Hindu saints and Sikh Guru with religion because I understood what they taught.
For more info on Bulle Shah, read this eye opener article. He was declared blasphemer, and declared non Muslims by Muslims scholars and Mullahs.

I don't know whether Sikhs do toxic office politics and manipulation but I do know some Sikhs do maskebaazi, chaplusi a lot. Since you don't know about my Sikh friends, let me give an example of a famous Sikh: Cricketer Harbhajan Singh. He never misses an opportunity to butter - on camera or off camera. He doesn't spare anyone. Be it umpires or ground staff or teammates or captain or board members or former cricketers or anyone. Once a TV crew was asking questions to Harbhajan after the match. After one sentence, he got started, "Mr X ne bahut achhi fielding kii. Mr Y bahut achche ballebaaz hai. Mr Z sabse mushkil batsman hai bowlers ke liye." He went on for a very long time. All irrelevant flattery. Even in the movie 'Mujhse Shadi Karogi' where he played a cameo, he exploited the opportunity to do buttering by inserting his own dialogue. Be it needlessly socializing with ground ball boys in West Indies, or joking with umpire Rudi Koertzen, or asking unnecessary doubts to ex-bowler Sivaramakrishnan, or breaking into traditional tribal jig with African bowler of SA team, or loudly supporting Ganguly during Greg Chappell controversy, Harbhajan has tremendous energy to praise everyone who comes in his sight. Who else but an Indian would have such a psyche? Such quintessentially Indian trademark. Sikhs are Indians after all. We had a sardar very similar to Harbhajan in our college.

But there is other extreme also. An example is Bishen Singh Bedi. He is brutally frank. He has come very hard on Muralitharan and Ganguly. But if Bishen Bedi is impressed, he is generous with praise also.
