First...It is not that difficult to find out what uses are for the highlighted salts and the results are that they have many beneficial uses, from health related to fire safety.

Second...It is also not that difficult to find out how can we consider any dual use chemical to be an IMMEDIATE disqualifier for export to certain countries. It lies in examining the technological capability of the targeted country and how easy can said chemical can be used for weapons development. You can give those salts to jungle tribes if you want and no one would bat an eye. But not for Syria or Iran. See the difference?
