I have one suggestion to contain street crimes why not we put road design like Dubai put barrier along road sides like sheikh ziad road to make fool prof karachi Roads in this way at least target killers or street crime crimnal no way to kill and go anywhere at least they will follow the route due to barriers as after robery or killing and will easily be caughted on check points If ccv TV cameras also put on roads plus weapon detector on main enterences. Main problem of Karachi is no safety measures on roads. Anywhere you can change route if you see police party coming, anywhere you can find a path to ESCAP from situation, theses are some un addressed issues but have big importance to at least stop street crimes.
Street crime is big business of MQM worker... And Raw is using this into opportunity under Umbrella of MQM Govt in Karachi because MQM worker are least ever follower of Law in Karachi due their leaders support.
