what is causing that DUST??? some other planet or star breaking apart?

Dust is the leading explanation but not surety as of now. Due to the star's gravity, it is a possibility that it is indeed a heavenly body breaking or maybe comet fragments, but no certain answer can be provided as of yet now and we for the time being only make educated guesses.

For example, we have recently uncovered the reason for Saturn's ring after we have closely inspected with 4 robotic spacecraft namely Pioneer 11, Voyager 1, Voyager 2 and Cassin. This Tabby (the Star's nickname) is more than 1,500 light years away, very difficult to find the real reason for dust formation.
