totally agree with you that they messsed up in the ticket distribution. but netaji wasn't able to provide an ideal govt either. but atleast give them around 50 or something keep the rest with urself.

Making state little is no guarantee of development take example of Jharkhand vs big states like TN Maharastra and Gujarat.
