I desisted from posting on this thread for a long time, thinking that this thread is a goner any moment.

However, it seems to have survived, so here are my two cents!

This info has been sourced from swerve @ kepubs which was also corroborated by a few other posters there. These fellas are as reliable as anything can be regarding eurofighter.

Eurofighter costs:

T2 - €13 billion/236 = €55.1mn = $76 mn

T3 - (€9.1 bn - €2.5 bn = €6.6 bn)/112 = €58.9 mn = $81.3mn ( for T3A version, 2.5 billion removed as it is for the uprade of T2 version)

You are mentioning the costs before some time ago.
Now the price has increased.

1. Eurofighter price hiked from $84 million to $108 million,cost nearly equal to Su30mki and stealthy F-15. The price may increase more. so india wouldnt consider it.
2.Its manufactured by more than a country. So no effective diplomatic relations. We need to go for every manufacturer to get its components.
