I just went through all the resolutions and found that resolutions proposed by ECR is pretty mild and has pro India leanings whereas the one by EPP is also quite mild.
These two are the 1st & 3rd largest grpups in EU parl. There is no mention of Kahsmir too in them.
India should see that only these two resolutions pass (though at end of day it does not matter).

Only resolutions against India are the ones proposed by leftists groups.

Yes.
EU Parliament cannot propose laws or enact policy decisions.
All it's resolutions have only an advisory nature and are non binding for EU Commission and EU Council.

Let me remind Ms. Mohan that debate and consensus are due process of any democratic union. Something which was lacking in the recent lawmaking in the country violating basic human rights of targeted minorities.

Europe has a moral obligation towards the World community to distance itself officially from any government model inspired by Nazism.

Once the resolution has passed. It will be an official European Union stance in the ongoing humanitarian crisis in India.

It is because that is none of anyones effing business.
NDA Govt under Prime Minister Modi is elected through due electoral process .
And CAA was their campaign process.
Its means People of India elected them after they verified those promises .
We knows what Europeans is doing to refugees and illegal migrants .
