Let me remind Ms. Mohan that debate and consensus are due process of any democratic union. Something which was lacking in the recent lawmaking in the country violating basic human rights of targeted minorities.

Europe has a moral obligation towards the World community to distance itself officially from any government model inspired by Nazism.

Once the resolution has passed. It will be an official European Union stance in the ongoing humanitarian crisis in India.

Let the resolution pass then. It is actually moved by British labour parliamentarians who are anyways will be out of European union by 31st January. All 71 of them. Also, such resolutions are passed from time to time against China and sometimes even USA. Do you think that in any way effect working in those countries? Would anyone give two hoots to their opinion other than laughing them off? If that is their opinion, would you think they'll restrict trade with us for this reason? What is the net effect of such resolution? India won't back down to please EU and they won't take any action that would force us. Its just will be their opinion, they are dime a dozen.
