EU opens legal case against Warsaw, Budapest, Prague over migration

Yes it is correct. Mainly from countries like Nigeria,Eritrea,Guinea,Gambia,Cote D'ivoire...... There was also a skyrocketing number of Bangladeshis arriving by sea to Italy this year.
I do not share the views of our amigo Marcus. But in one thing, he is right - people will arrive until they are sure in good treatment and good opportunities to make money.

.
Wtf are you an about? It's because there are treaties between Romania and the UK whigh go both way, there are no treaties betweenot Romania and Syria or Nigeria. Wanting a better life doesn't mean everyone can go wherever they want.Plus,as proven in western Europe, these people can't integrate in modern societies and will only cluster in ghettos.
all ey states have an obligation to take in migrants, if your just gonna leech of the eu for money.
oh and as for intregating into modern society......your one to talk.

LOL. ..says who?no such thing in EU treaties and no one's leaching on EU money, take a hike.

Yes,I'm the one to talk, there's no comparison between eastern Europeans and that rabble squatting here.

Do you know what those money are for? Do you know the pain and wreckage our economy, industry took to align itself to EU standards? Do you know that those money mostly go back into the pockets of Western companies? Seeing those money as some freebies is just a simpletons way of looking at it.Even so, no treaty sais we should colonise our countries with people who are utterly incompatible with our culture. You don't get to tell me who should live in my house.

My grandfather didn't fought and got wounded in WW2 like so many other of my countrymen for these lands so that crazy German frau should bring Nigerians or Afghans ,who would rape their great great granddaughters,.The sheer audacity of you asking us to create Molenbeeks or Malmos in here is infuriating.

if you want to be apart of the eu then standards must be met. its not my fault you had difficult meeting said standards. you still fail to answer my question even when i ask multiple times, even when asked in a differant way so im not gonna bother asking again as your clearly incapable of answering.

as for the second paragraph its just matter to soften and cushion the blow, people all over the world suffered your not special.

Anyway,Poland'sofficial answer was that "taking migrants is worse than EU sanctions ".....awesome ....I guess that settles it.

Last but not least,Poland has taken in HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of Ukrainian refugees but the EU doesn't provide funds for them nor does it talk about it because they're guilty of being whites and Christians......Oh yeah, and instead of begging for welfare, they just go to work.

WHAT! WE ACCEPTED YOU

We accepted you, and you accepted us. It’s a two-way street. There are English people living in Poland and Poles living in England.

SO YOU SHOULD ACCEPT THEM!

According to drunkard Juncker

The chart comes from French newspaper website Lefigaro.fr ...

Le Figaro used a term “camp d’extermination polonais” (source) so Le Figaro is not credible.

Can Sir Jerzy Kwiecinski explain how Poland pays more than it receives when datas from the European commission clearly showed that in 2014 you received faaaaaaaaaar more than you contributed.

He is talking about 2016.

(Net receiver of €13,7bn)

It’s peanuts compared to amount of money German and French companies get from Poland.

So you are now saying the same thing many of our Brexiteers were saying when we voted to leave the E.U. :D

If drunkard Junker and his minions will continue their illegal and illegitimate actions against Poland then we should also consider to leave the EU like
England.gif

(...) Do you know that those money mostly go back into the pockets of Western companies? (...)

You’re right !

Last but not least,Poland has taken in HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of Ukrainian refugees (...)

Currently there are more than a million immigrants from Ukraine in Poland (source)

Isn`t the UK to leaving the EU with the argument to get their sovereignty back and wasn`t not one, maybe even the main argument, the migration?

It’s peanuts compared to amount of money German and French companies get from Poland.

Don`t pretend, the poles wouldn`t make their profit, too. I cannot drive trough eastern Germany without crasing in polish workers, but so it is, we are living in an union.

Nevertheless, I don`t think that bruessel has the legitimacy to enforce the relocation of people, as if this migrants would stay in Poland. By the first opportunity, they would come back.

Yes this is for real. It’s from EU-Eastern Partnership summit in Latvia in 2015.

This guy dares to lecture Polska:
See 0:48, 1:15-1:17 and 1:43 :omghaha:
LOL......hmmmm.......Seems this Junker dude has been drinking too much vodka or something. Even Trump will be embarrassed. :D

Lol True. Don't mind some of our people, they are just trying to get the moral high ground, even though one of the major reason we voted to get out of the E.U was to get back control over immigration into our country, since many Brits are becoming frustrated with the large amount of immigrants who are flooding here.
So we are in no position to blame Poland it any other Eastern European country for that matter. We should be the last country to do that. :D

I’m not saying that we don’t make any profit. I’m neither pro, nor anti-EU. I have mixed feelings about the EU. In my opinion the EU is in need of reform.

For real? Now that these countries want to save their own neck, the rest of the Europeans want to punish them?

They should launch a legal case on why Poland receives lower agricultural subsidies than e.g. the Netherlands (207 euro per hectare versus 417 euro per hectare)
Possibly because our productivity per hectare is greater? So, if we are to produce less - say, to avoid surplusses like milk pools and butter mountains - then that costs more than it would cost elsewhere.

Or, because out gross value added is greater (same effect). The Netherlands is one of the world’s largest agricultural producers, exporting 65 billion Euros worth of vegetables, fruit, flowers, meat and dairy products each year.
https://www.government.nl/topics/agriculture

As well as being an important producer and global supplier of flowers, vegetables, meat and dairy products, the Netherlands is also increasingly exporting high-quality agricultural materials, knowledge and technology. In 2016, the export of commodities such as agricultural machines, fertilisers, special climate control systems and applications for the food industry brought in nearly 9 billion euros (+2.2% compared to 2015) on top of the 85 billion euros in traditional agricultural goods. The export of greenhouse materials grew the most (+370 million euros). This development seamlessly ties in with Minister for Agriculture Van Dam's vision for exports, which focuses on reinforcing the Netherlands' leading position in the agri & food sector by exporting knowledge and innovation in addition to traditional agricultural produce, and on helping to boost the sustainability of world food provision.

Anyway, situation seems to have improved since 2008:

"On average, Dutch farmers get €1299 per hectare, while Portuguese farmers get just €88."
http://capreform.eu/dutch-farmers-get-most-subsidy-per-hectare/

If now 417 euro ($467) per hectare, we get a lot less subsidy per hectare than a decade ago!
