EU opens legal case against Warsaw, Budapest, Prague over migration

The European Commission launched a legal case on Tuesday against Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic for refusing to take in asylum-seekers, ratcheting up a bitter feud within the 28-nation bloc about how to deal with migration.

The eurosceptic, nationalist-minded governments in Poland and Hungary have refused to take in anyone under a plan agreed by a majority of EU leaders in 2015 to relocate migrants from frontline states Italy and Greece to help ease their burden.

The Czech Republic, another ex-communist central European state, initially accepted 12 people but has since said it would not welcome more.

"I regret to see that despite our repeated calls to pledge to relocate, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland have not yet taken the necessary action," the EU's migration chief, Dimitris Avramopoulos, told a news conference.

But jokes aside the European Commission should stop meddling in Poland’s internal affairs.

They should launch a legal case on why Poland receives lower agricultural subsidies than e.g. the Netherlands (207 euro per hectare versus 417 euro per hectare)

Where did you get this chart from ?? According to Polish Minister of Development Jerzy Kwieciński we already pay more to the EU than we receive (source) and bear in mind that out of every Euro we receive 70 % goes back abroad (source) mostly to Germany and France.

Where did you get this chart from ?? According to Polish Minister of Development Jerzy Kwieciński we already pay more to the EU than we receive (source) and bear in mind that out of every Euro we receive 70 % goes back abroad (source) mostly to Germany and France.

The chart comes from French newspaper website Lefigaro.fr,but the number and datas come from the European commission.
Can Sir Jerzy Kwiecinski explain how Poland pays more than it receives when datas from the European commission clearly showed that in 2014 you received faaaaaaaaaar more than you contributed. (Net receiver of €13,7bn)

Well, it's not decided yet. Nevertheless, the British decided to exit from the EU partly because of migrants. If you do not like migrants, then why do you think that Poles, Hungarians and Czechs like migrants? It is unlikely that this condition (to forcibly settle Africans and Asians) was stipulated when these countries joined the EU.
